Analyst IT Operations(Automation Engineer – Infrastructure)
Tasks
- Apply ITIL practices for operational resilience
- Automate SOX control processes
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate on automation standards and governance
- Create SOX aligned documentation and evidence
- Develop automation scripts and playbooks
- Implement infrastructure-as-code
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation
- Perform automated remediation and root cause fixes
- Provide production automation monitoring and troubleshooting
- Refactor legacy scripts and improve reliability
- Respond to incidents and alerts
- Support SOX and PCI audits with evidence collection
