Tasks
- Analyze application logs and performance metrics
- Apply security updates patches upgrades and version updates
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Document application configurations procedures and changes
- Install configure and maintain enterprise workforce management application
- Manage application inventory licenses and documentation
- Minimize downtime during maintenance
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Perform user account management and access control
- Support user onboarding and offboarding
- Troubleshoot end user and internal team issues
