Application Administrator with German (REF5611D)
Tasks
- Assist onboarding to AI supported processes and tools
- Create and update knowledge articles runbooks and standard operating procedures in ServiceNow
- Escalate complex issues to second and third level teams
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation in ServiceNow
- Manage incident and service request tickets in ServiceNow
- Perform basic troubleshooting for networking firewalls Windows and Linux
- Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide feedback to DevOps and engineering teams
- Provide first level support
- Support AI Operator training and daily operations
- Support AI assisted ticket classification and automation
- Support configuration changes and operational tasks
