- Monitor platform health using dashboards and reports
- Own Level 2 Salesforce support
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide user onboarding and enablement
- Support Salesforce release readiness
- Support audits and access reviews
- Support change management processes
- Support data cleansing and transformation
- Support incident and defect governance
- Support testing validation and deployment
- Track support metrics and KPIs
- Triage and prioritize support tickets
- Troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues
- Validate fixes through testing and post deployment verification
