Associate Director IT Security Engineering
Tasks
- Assess and track PQC migration readiness with vendors and platform teams
- Automate certificate operations and eliminate manual processes
- Collaborate on TLS inspection ingress egress security and secure network protocols
- Define crypto agility strategies aligned with NIST PQC
- Deliver executive reporting for PQC readiness cryptographic risk exposure and CBOM coverage
- Design and manage PKI architecture and strategy
- Drive PQC readiness assessments risk classification and remediation prioritization
- Embed crypto controls into IaC and CI CD pipelines
- Ensure cryptographic consistency across cloud SaaS and third party integrations
- Ensure cryptographic controls meet regulatory audit and resiliency requirements
- Establish CBOM authoritative inventory
- Establish cryptographic governance models policies and standards
- Govern and modernize S MIME certificates
- Govern and modernize TLS and mTLS certificate programs
- Govern and modernize code signing certificates
- Govern and modernize device and workload certificates
- Implement certificate lifecycle management for discovery issuance renewal revocation and automation
- Lead PQC CBOM design build and operationalization
- Lead and mentor engineers and architects across crypto and IAM domains
- Provide technical leadership for cryptography key management and HSMs
- Provide technical leadership for tokenization and secrets management
- Serve as enterprise SME for PQC PKI and cryptographic risk
