- Administer DCS actions
- Assist with declassification programs
- Assist with original and derivative classification
- Complete classified information and media destruction
- Conduct information security assessments
- Conduct preliminary inquiries
- Conduct prepublication and security reviews
- Conduct security walk throughs and inspections
- Coordinate classified withholdings pickups
- Document observations and results
- Execute SETA training program
- Implement CUI program
- Implement quality control program
- Maintain NATO secret sub registry
- Maintain classification and declassification repository
- Maintain classified material inventory
- Maintain expendable media destruction inventory
- Maintain industrial security program requirements
- Operate and maintain SEM Model 23 disintegrator
- Operate and maintain degaussing and data destruction equipment
- Perform operator level maintenance for destruction equipment
- Prepare SCGs and maintain SCG library
- Prepare classified information for transmission
- Process courier requests
- Process security incidents
- Provide security briefings for leadership
- Provide two person integrity capability
- Recommend corrective actions
- Review declassification requests
- Submit release requests to NARA
- Track classified information to 20 year mark
- Transport classified and CUI material for destruction
