Senior Digital Forensic Investigator
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT legal and law enforcement
- Collect preserve and document digital evidence
- Conduct forensic analysis of computers networks mobile devices and digital storage media
- Investigate security breaches cyberattacks and unauthorized access incidents
- Maintain chain of custody
- Perform malware analysis and identify indicators of compromise
- Prepare forensic reports for internal stakeholders and legal proceedings
- Provide expert testimony when necessary
- Stay current with cyber threats tools and forensic methodologies
- Support eDiscovery data collection and management
- Use forensic tools to analyze data
