- Collaborate with infrastructure teams for Linux and Data Center components
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and governance
- Ensure high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center
- Integrate Atlassian tools with third party applications
- Manage Jira and Confluence platform lifecycle upgrades
- Monitor platforms to reduce major incidents
- Test and validate updates and plugin compatibility
- Troubleshoot incidents and system issues
