- Define DevSecOps standards patterns and best practices
- Design and improve CI CD automation with security integration
- Embed BCP and operational resilience controls as policy as code
- Ensure audit ready evidence for regulated environments
- Evaluate and manage DevSecOps tooling lifecycle
- Implement policy-as-code and compliance-as-code
- Improve DORA and flow metrics through targeted automation
- Integrate telemetry across security and cloud tools
- Lead and scale DevSecOps capability
- Lead vulnerability management remediation tracking and escalation
- Manage secure CI CD governance
- Mandate security in the pipeline
- Oversee pipeline and platform reliability performance and security
- Own Golden Path service catalogue pipelines and IaC modules
- Provide incident leadership and conduct post incident reviews
- Set observability minimum standards
- Use SLO error budget signals for go no go and rollback
