Tasks
- Collaborate with ITSM for incident problem and change management
- Develop automation tooling and operational documentation
- Implement Zero Trust Architecture principles
- Implement infrastructure upgrades migrations and modernization
- Lead problem investigation and resolution
- Maintain security controls patching and hardening
- Monitor infrastructure availability performance capacity
- Optimize infrastructure performance and capacity
- Provide technical escalation for vendor incidents
- Resolve incidents through root cause analysis
- Support backup recovery and disaster recovery testing
