- Automate runbooks and self healing systems
- Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Combine metrics logs and traces for root cause analysis
- Conduct root-cause analysis and postmortems
- Configure anomaly detection and threshold alerting
- Create real time dashboards for reliability metrics
- Define and implement SRE best practices
- Establish SLIs SLOs and SLAs
- Improve system resilience and reduce operational toil
- Lead incident response and escalation
- Mentor and guide SRE team
- Simulate outages for fault tolerance testing
