Tasks
- Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles
- Deploy patch and troubleshoot Windows and macOS
- Enforce endpoint security protocols
- Install configure and test workstations and peripherals
- Maintain device and software inventory
- Manage user accounts permissions password resets and security groups
- Provide end-user technical support
- Support VPN connectivity
- Troubleshoot LAN Wi Fi DNS and DHCP issues
