- Analyze governance and awareness metrics for improvement
- Analyze phishing trends and user follow up
- Build governance and awareness dashboards and reports
- Coordinate phishing simulation campaigns
- Coordinate policy reviews and approvals
- Develop security awareness communications and training
- Draft edit and maintain governance documentation
- Identify governance gaps and recommend improvements
- Maintain governance repositories and templates
- Manage information security policy lifecycle
- Map regulatory requirements to governance controls
- Measure awareness participation and program effectiveness
- Produce policy lifecycle compliance reporting
- Review policies for clarity consistency completeness
- Support audits assessments and evidence coordination
