- Design and engineer customer identity fraud prevention controls
- Design and tune ThreatMetrix policies
- Engineer and operate Arkose Labs bot defense
- Evaluate automated attack patterns and reduce scripted abuse
- Handle complex escalations for authentication fraud and identity issues
- Implement always on MFA OTP biometric and orchestration authentication
- Improve threat detection and response
- Provide Level 4 operations support for digital identity services
- Support Prove Identity and Transmit Security identity proofing
- Support audit risk reviews and control assessments
- Support digital identity platform standards and best practices
