- Execute disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Implement MFA and SSO integrations
- Maintain Microsoft 365 E5 services
- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Manage Microsoft Intune endpoint policies
- Participate in on-call rotation
