- Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and receivers
- Manage Bluetooth tag battery lifecycle
- Manage inventory par levels using recommendations
- Manage inventory put away and replenishment
- Monitor outbound metrics and report
- Order training equipment and manage receipt
- Process inbound inventory from returns
- Process warranty returns and replacements
- Resolve pricing discrepancies and customer issues
- Run cycle counts and annual inventory audits
- Serve as single point of contact for PO collection
- Support sales growth objectives
