Tasks

Analyze submissions and reporting outputs to identify trends risks and insights
Create training and documentation for reporting tools
Deliver analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics
Identify process inefficiencies and improve reporting quality and user experience
Maintain and administer internal tools and user access
Manage tool administration including findings remedial actions and user submissions
Monitor shared mailboxes and coordinate stakeholder responses
Operate reporting tools and deliver insights
Partner with internal stakeholders for reporting analysis and decision making
Perform data quality checks on incoming data and escalate anomalies
Propose automation and AI enhancements to improve efficiency
Provide data validation and user testing for enhancements
Support global risk management monitoring community
Troubleshoot tool issues by investigating root causes and coordinating resolution
Validate submissions for completeness accuracy and adherence to requirements
