- Maintain platform configuration standards and runbooks
- Maintain tenant visibility maker inventory and compliance reporting
- Manage Entra ID groups licensing and role based access
- Manage connector governance
- Manage environment access controls
- Manage environment health and capacity monitoring
- Monitor agent usage and analytics
- Operate Power Platform Center of Excellence CoE toolkit
- Own day to day operations of Copilot and Power Platform environment
- Resolve environment and connector blockers
- Serve as first point of escalation for platform issues
- Support audit risk and compliance reviews
- Support onboarding of makers and agent developers
