Cryptography Operations Lead
Tasks
- Develop and maintain SOPs and runbooks
- Manage workload and mentor junior and offshore team members
- Own service delivery within SLAs
- Partner with engineering PKI and security teams
- Perform QA on operational work
- Provide certificate key and secret lifecycle management support
- Resolve certificate expirations and break fix issues
- Support Venafi DigiCert and Azure Key Vault
- Triage and resolve certificate incidents
