Customer Success Engineer (Cloud Engineer III)
Tasks
- Advise pre sales engineering on solution architecture and integration feasibility
- Collaborate with Product Development for integration testing and release validation
- Create and maintain process documentation runbooks and operational guides
- Develop subject matter expertise for SaaS platform integrations
- Implement configure and maintain AWS tenant environments
- Lead client onboarding and provide technical support
- Manage resolve client issues using Jira and Salesforce
- Monitor uptime performance reliability and troubleshoot production issues
- Participate in shared 24 7 on call support
- Produce client facing technical documentation for onboarding
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and coordinate escalations
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for onboarding
- Support cloud engineering with operational support and product testing
