- Execute access reviews and remediate stale access
- Identify automation opportunities for workflows
- Maintain compliance dashboards and control status
- Manage IT operations day to day
- Manage SaaS inventory and renewals
- Manage asset lifecycle and equipment inventory
- Manage employee offboarding and deprovisioning
- Manage employee onboarding and provisioning
- Manage security compliance onboarding and agent installs
- Prepare vendor security assessments and documentation
- Process new software requests and approvals
- Provide IT support for password and hardware issues
- Provision and enforce security tools and MFA
- Support office IT and facilities coordination
