- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms
- Lead end to end design development deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions
- Lead recruiting training and supervision of security personnel
- Manage client expectations
- Manage team delivery and team management
- Perform ServiceNow version and patch upgrades
- Support pre sales effort estimation technical solutioning and proposal preparation
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
