Cyber Incident Response Analyst- Junior
Tasks
- Categorize and escalate incidents by severity
- Coordinate incident response case management
- Coordinate with regional teams and partners
- Deliver customer service during incident responses
- Generate operational and threat reporting
- Monitor shared mailboxes and incident intake systems
- Participate in 24x7 operations center shift handoff
- Perform cyber physical and communications threat correlation analysis
- Provide first-line incident support
- Track service request distribution and resolution
