Cyber Operate Manager
Tasks
- Analyze password change failures and resolve issues
- Apply ITIL incident change and problem management processes
- Build and configure custom PAM monitoring scripts
- Conduct gap analysis and plan PAM evolution roadmap
- Configure PAM production and disaster recovery environments
- Coordinate audit fixes based on certification outcomes
- Coordinate manual password management with application and infrastructure teams
- Drive continuous improvement and service delivery innovations
- Lead major incident calls and restore services
- Lead vendor patch and hotfix rollouts for PAM
- Monitor PAM environment and automated alerts
- Perform root cause analysis for high severity issues
- Provide emergency technical support for high severity incidents
- Provision privileged access safely
- Review and ensure compliance of operating runbooks and technical documentation
- Serve as technical specialist for PAM
- Support access certification evidence collection
