- Conduct risk analysis and security audits
- Conduct system test and acceptance
- Coordinate with HR Finance and Operations

- Drive automation and security technology enhancements

- Investigate incidents and compile evidence
- Lead coach and mentor security staff
- Maintain incident awareness for operational readiness
- Manage 24x7 security operations
- Manage internal and external security projects
- Manage training onboarding and metrics
- Optimize staffing models and scheduling
- Oversee security system installations upgrades and repairs
- Serve as escalation point for client issues
- Support security equipment commissioning
