- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Conduct executive business reviews
- Create cyber workforce resilience strategies and roadmaps
- Drive platform adoption and account expansion
- Operationalize platform use in customer cybersecurity programs
- Partner with customers to achieve cybersecurity outcomes
- Provide escalation support between sales and clients
- Recommend improvements to security programs
