Cyber Workforce Analyst
Tasks
- Assess and monitor workforce program effectiveness
- Conduct research and specialized analyses of cyber workforce policies plans and processes
- Coordinate policy documents with legislative affairs and stakeholders
- Develop revise and staff cyber workforce policy issuances
- Draft and develop recommendations for legislative proposals
- Facilitate policy updates and compliance with directives and instructions
- Integrate cyber workforce governance recruitment retention and professional development into strategic initiatives
- Plan and analyze workforce initiatives to enhance cyber capabilities
- Provide expertise for workforce planning and policy implementation
