Tasks
- Analyze inventory and gather evidence for certification
- Analyze password change and verification failures
- Build and configure custom monitoring scripts
- Configure PAM environment in production and DR
- Coordinate issue mitigation and escalation with client teams
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for password management fixes
- Coordinate with audit team to apply fixes based on certification results
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow ITIL incident management service request management change management problem management
- Lead major incident calls and troubleshooting
- Manage vendor patches and hotfix rollouts
- Monitor environment and automated alerts
- Perform gap analysis and define resolution and roadmap
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent resolution
- Perform safe user and access provisioning
- Provide emergency technical support for high severity incidents
- Review compliance of operating documentation and runbooks
- Serve as technical specialist for PAM solution
