- Align initiatives with risk appetite regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Coordinate internal consultants and external vendors
- Develop program roadmaps schedules risk issue logs status reports
- Escalate risks and issues with mitigation strategies
- Improve program management delivery processes
- Lead cybersecurity program planning and execution
- Manage program client stakeholder engagement
- Prepare executive communications and presentations
- Translate cybersecurity strategy into executable measurable initiatives
