- Assess IAM process policies and requirements
- Build project plans and timelines
- Communicate technical concepts to business
- Develop business cases with cost-benefit analysis
- Develop reports dashboards and documentation
- Ensure IAM compliance with security standards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Identify process automation opportunities
- Lead IAM-related projects
- Maintain requirements process flows and configurations
- Perform business analysis for authentication and access
- Provide IAM operations escalation support
- Recommend secure scalable authentication best practices
- Resolve IAM issues with IT teams
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and vendors
- Support risk assessments for privileged access
- Track project risks and mitigation
