Tasks
- Advise technology leaders on cyber and technology risk
- Analyze themes and root causes from audit and regulatory findings
- Collaborate with internal audit compliance and legal
- Conduct risk reviews for new products and material changes
- Coordinate external assurance activities
- Develop and deliver risk and control training
- Develop policies and standards
- Enhance cyber and technology risk program
- Escalate material risks and high severity issues
- Hire coach and manage team performance
- Identify assess and monitor risks
- Manage evidence for SOC 2
- Oversee corrective action plans
- Perform independent control assessments
- Represent cyber and technology risk on committees and governance forums
- Set team priorities and operating rhythm
- Strengthen security awareness content
