Tasks
- Automate provisioning of monitors dashboards synthetics tags and service owner mapping
- Build golden dashboards standardized monitors and runbooks
- Build remediation scripts runbooks and service workflows with CI CD
- Define monitoring standards dashboards SLOs SLIs and alerting policies
- Deploy and manage Datadog agents integrations and service catalog
- Design and implement observability strategy with Datadog and ServiceNow
- Implement Datadog to ServiceNow event routing correlation and incident problem auto creation
- Implement closed loop remediation with IntegrationHub workflows and change controls
- Implement data retention access controls RBAC and tagging for chargeback showback
- Maintain SLOs error budgets and escalation policies
- Maintain ServiceNow CMDB relationships discovery mapping and CI ownership
- Optimize Datadog cost usage sampling and log pipelines
- Reduce alert noise and improve incident response MTTR
