- Collaborate to deliver end to end client solutions
- Create and update monthly service and platform reporting
- Deliver trusted advisor guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain service and digital platform roadmaps
- Ensure identity driven security alignment to standards
- Maintain and evolve managed service solutions and service levels
- Maintain platform performance and cost efficiency
- Stay current on M365 and Entra ID technology changes
- Support clients with managed services and identify improvement opportunities
