- Administer IAM platforms and integrations
- Build workflow orchestration using APIs and event triggers
- Define and report SLAs SLOs and operational KPIs
- Define tiered support model and runbooks
- Deploy AI assisted IAM operations with governance
- Enable user self service request catalog and automated approvals
- Handle access requests and provisioning
- Implement automation for IAM workflows
- Lead and develop global IAM operations teams
- Lead audit and compliance access control execution
- Lead monitoring alerting and telemetry with SecOps
- Manage identity lifecycle workflows
- Manage operational risk and control quality
- Manage third party system integrators and managed services
- Operate SSO MFA and federation services
- Own IAM service operations
- Reduce repeat incidents via root cause analysis
- Run ITSM incident problem change request and knowledge management
- Set partner governance and performance scorecards
