Director, Technology Risk Management
Tasks
- Adopt automation and tooling for risk identification monitoring and reporting
- Assess risks for new technology initiatives
- Build and develop high performing risk management team
- Define and operationalize technology risk appetite tolerances and KRIs
- Deliver data driven risk insights and reporting to senior leadership
- Design and implement scalable automated controls
- Drive remediation accountability for high risk issues
- Ensure systemic fixes over point in time remediation
- Establish governance and risk oversight for AI and emerging technologies
- Improve control maturity for regulatory compliance
- Improve end to end technology processes to reduce risk and enhance resilience
- Integrate risk management into SDLC product development and change management
- Lead engagement with internal audit external audit and second line of defense
- Lead technology risk management framework execution
- Manage issue identification prioritization root cause analysis and remediation lifecycle
- Oversee enterprise technology risk identification and assessment
- Oversee regulatory exams internal audits and remediation execution
- Partner with technology and business leaders to manage risk
- Provide actionable guidance for safe adoption
