Director, Privacy & Security Enterprise Engagement
Tasks
- Define OKRs and deliver reporting
- Direct incident response breach reporting and vendor management readiness
- Drive continuous improvement to engagement processes and compliance maturity
- Establish plan deliverable processes
- Facilitate regulator and client requests with timely responses
- Interpret and operationalize privacy security AI and business continuity obligations
- Lead and coach shared services engagement team
- Lead risk advisory and compliance for privacy security AI and resilience
- Maintain requirements deliverables register for audits
- Manage performance onboarding and career development
- Manage system security plan and system security privacy plan deliverables
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and communicate impacts
- Participate in tabletop exercises and evidence reviews
- Provide executive ready updates and readiness review support
- Serve as primary engagement leader for privacy security AI requirements
- Support RFP responses and market entry procurements
- Support gap closure for control validation evidence
