Senior GRC Analyst, HIPAA
Tasks
- Assess risks and design control effectiveness
- Build control mappings across security frameworks
- Implement IAM encryption logging and monitoring controls
- Lead HIPAA security compliance workstreams
- Maintain HIPAA security program documentation and evidence requirements
- Mature GRC tooling workflows and continuous control monitoring
- Monitor regulatory and framework changes related to HIPAA
- Partner on incidents involving PHI and ePHI remediation
- Perform HIPAA readiness assessments and gap analyses
- Provide compliance guidance to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits and compliance evidence collection
- Translate legal requirements into operational controls
