Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365
- Conduct security awareness and training
- Coordinate incident and compliance escalations
- Create and maintain security policies standards and procedures
- Drive secure by default IT engineering
- Integrate lessons learned into continuous monitoring
- Lead enterprise IT operations endpoint management and patching
- Lead security strategy and risk posture
- Lead, mentor, and develop security team
- Maintain Plan of Action and Milestones
- Maintain access governance
- Maintain asset and license management
- Maintain system security plan
- Manage corporate network operations
- Manage identity and access management
- Manage third party assessment and external auditors
- Own compliance and audit program
- Own security incident response program
- Partner with engineering on application security findings
- Present compliance posture to leadership and regulators
- Review customer contracts and RFP responses for security obligations
- Run tabletop exercises and incident communications
- Run vulnerability management and remediation tracking
- Serve as designated Information Security Officer
- Support sales with security questionnaires and RFPs
