- Apply reliability engineering best practices
- Drive architectural discussions for scalable secure highly available infrastructure
- Drive governance enterprise standards compliance and operational excellence
- Establish track and report team OKRs and KPIs
- Implement incident management and post-incident reviews
- Improve observability and telemetry for proactive monitoring
- Lead Infrastructure SRE vision strategy and execution
- Manage and mentor SRE infrastructure engineers
- Own incident response frameworks and reliability KPIs
- Plan allocate resources and evaluate vendors and technologies
- Support infrastructure design operational frameworks and run time practices
