Tasks
- Assist with documentation testing and deployment support
- Escalate complex issues to level 2 or level 3
- Improve service processes and governance
- Maintain delivery documentation templates and standards
- Maintain risk issue and dependency registers
- Participate in client meetings
- Perform level 1 support triage
- Provide client updates via ticketing systems and email
- Resolve known issues
- Support Azure based analytics services
- Support project execution and post go live transition
- Support status reporting and tracking
- Track ticket status and recurring issues
- Upskill in Power BI and Microsoft analytics ecosystem
- Use Databricks for lakehouse data engineering
- Use Excel for data extraction transformation and exploratory analysis
- Use Microsoft Fabric for unified data management and analytics
- Use SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis
