Tasks
- Coordinate enablement between platform teams and regional teams
- Define and validate work packages and deliverables
- Embed governance practices with transformation management office
- Embed retrospectives and lessons learned into operating model
- Facilitate ART syncs
- Facilitate Inspect and Adapt workshops
- Facilitate SAFe PI Planning
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums
- Maintain release calendar and roadmap
- Maintain reporting using Jira Confluence and Power BI
- Manage cross team and cross regional dependencies
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Organize planning sessions with enablement leads and programme management
- Prepare decision support materials for programme governance boards
- Prepare progress reports and milestone summaries
- Remove impediments and manage risks
- Track progress in Jira and Confluence and escalate risks
