- Automate endpoint operations with PowerShell
- Coordinate incident resolution with cross-functional teams
- Develop and version endpoint SOPs
- Enforce endpoint compliance policies
- Establish endpoint configuration baselines
- Integrate endpoint workflows with reporting tools
- Lead endpoint lifecycle operations
- Maintain endpoint SLA and operational reporting
- Maintain preproduction endpoint environments
- Manage Windows Autopilot onboarding
- Manage enterprise application packaging and deployment
- Manage patching and vulnerability remediation
- Mentor endpoint engineers and support staff
- Provision configure and decommission endpoints
- Resolve endpoint policy conflicts and compliance anomalies
- Troubleshoot Autopilot enrollment failures
