- Conduct architecture discussions and design reviews
- Contribute to engineering strategy and roadmap
- Define AI driven workflows and systems
- Design and implement internal tools and automation
- Drive cloud native microservices development
- Guide design debugging and system optimization
- Improve performance scalability reliability and observability
- Lead agile execution planning and predictable delivery
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering team
- Own end to end delivery of platform components
