Tasks
- Automate identity lifecycle processes
- Build scalable identity foundations for global growth
- Collaborate with product teams for secure scalable customer identity experiences
- Define IAM strategy roadmap and operating model across enterprise
- Design and implement IAM capabilities
- Embed identity best practices across infrastructure and product security teams
- Enforce onboarding offboarding controls and identity policies
- Ensure scalability high availability and security controls for identity platforms
- Establish IAM best practices for identity lifecycle management and governance
- Implement Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance
- Implement just in time access and least privilege models
- Implement role based access control and attribute based access control
- Implement single sign on multi factor authentication and federated identity
- Maintain operational rigor documentation and audit ready controls
- Manage Active Directory services and identity stores
- Manage IAM engineering and operations teams
- Mentor engineers and lead high accountability culture
- Modernize legacy IAM systems and apply Zero Trust identity principles
- Own identity governance programs including access reviews and audit readiness
- Partner with compliance risk and legal to meet regulatory requirements
- Serve as trusted advisor on identity issues
