- Administer collaboration and operational tools
- Apply patches updates and maintenance
- Assist with group policy administration
- Assist with vulnerability remediation and patch compliance
- Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing system
- Follow SLAs and escalate complex issues
- Maintain endpoint inventory and asset records
- Manage endpoint deployment and device provisioning
- Monitor enterprise systems servers and virtual environments
- Perform access reviews and enforce least privilege

- Provide Tier 2/3 end user support
- Provision user accounts and manage access
- Support backup and recovery procedures
- Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives
- Track and maintain service quality metrics
- Troubleshoot operating system application hardware and network connectivity issues
