Tasks
- Administer cloud environments with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Conduct security assessments and audits and remediate vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues
- Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs
- Deploy and manage cybersecurity tools and processes
- Ensure PCI DSS HIPAA and NIST CSF compliance
- Implement and manage cloud based applications and integrations
- Manage data protection strategies for cloud and on premises
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Oversee cloud data storage backup and recovery
- Participate in IT projects with cloud and cybersecurity considerations
- Patch and update POS software and hardware
- Provide technical support for cloud and security issues
- Secure POS systems against threats and unauthorized access
