Tasks
- Advise on AI automated decision making bias fairness transparency notice explainability human oversight and consumer disclosures
- Advise on responsible AI and AI risk management
- Conduct legal research and analyze legislation
- Coordinate outside counsel matters
- Develop and maintain AI privacy and cybersecurity governance documentation
- Draft and negotiate AI privacy and cybersecurity contracts and provisions
- Manage legal matters for in house constituents
- Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
- Negotiate disputes
- Participate in cross-functional working groups
- Provide legal advice on artificial intelligence privacy and cybersecurity
- Review and draft legal documents and templates
- Serve as primary attorney for AI guidance and governance
