Tasks
- Allocate technical resources and personnel for maintenance schedules
- Analyze technical risks for software delivery
- Develop engineered solutions and change proposals
- Develop standards for handover and decommissioning
- Direct NATO network and IS sustainment lifecycle
- Direct release and deployment strategy
- Direct system integration installation and testing
- Lead multi disciplinary teams across CSSC and FSPs
- Lead systems analysis and complex fault rectification
- Manage configuration management and validate changes
- Manage technical training roadmap
- Oversee quality assurance and health and safety compliance
- Oversee system performance monitoring and proactive adjustments
- Oversee third level engineering tasks and maintenance activities
- Provide post intervention reporting and expert engineering guidance
- Provide technical reach back support to resolve complex NIS issues
- Serve as first and second evaluator in PMD cycle
- Validate SOPs and work instructions
