- Collaborate with business units to understand critical processes

- Conduct cybersecurity due diligence for merger acquisition targets
- Conduct third-party vendor risk assessments
- Create and deliver risk and compliance metrics
- Develop and maintain governance policies and frameworks
- Document risk acceptance decisions and compensating controls
- Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain GRC process and procedure documentation
- Maintain compliance framework and governance metrics
- Maintain risk register and prioritize risk
- Monitor vendor risk continuously
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for projects
- Perform gap assessments
- Present risk findings to governance committees
- Serve as subject matter expert for GRC queries
- Track key risk indicators and security metrics
- Validate remediation plans with technical teams
