Tasks
- Analyze bank fees and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate documentation with banking partners
- Deliver requests end to end
- Ensure accuracy of bank account data
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Identify process improvements and automation
- Lead bank account lifecycle
- Lead coach and develop team
- Maintain KPIs and service levels
- Maintain authorized signatory lists
- Maintain standard operating procedures
- Manage online banking user access and entitlements
- Monitor requests within SLAs
- Prioritize high volume requests
- Process onboarding updates and terminations
- Serve as primary escalation point
- Support system implementations enhancements and testing
- Support treasury functions including payments processing
- Track internal and third party access
- Validate data for regulatory reporting
